Using CatTinder

These Terms cover CatTinder, operated by Hey Brain LLC in Conyers, Georgia, United States. Accounts are for adults 18 or older. Creating or continuing to use an account requires a separate confirmation of your age and acceptance of these Terms. Public browsing does not establish a visitor’s age. Our Privacy Notice explains information handling.

CatTinder is free entertainment about cats. Cat matches and meow signals are playful app features, not human dating, private messaging, adoption arrangements or promises about an animal.

Your account

Use an email address you are authorized to use. Keep sign-in access secure. Contact accounts@cattinder.app if someone uses your account without permission. Be truthful about your authority to manage a cat profile. Do not impersonate people, evade blocks or restrictions, interfere with security or misuse reports.

Your content and permissions

You keep the ownership rights you have in your submissions. Upload photos and text only when you own the necessary rights or have permission for the uses described here. Owning a cat does not mean you own a photograph someone else took. Respect other people’s privacy and publicity rights.

You give Hey Brain LLC a nonexclusive, royalty-free license, worldwide as needed to deliver the internet service, to store, reproduce, format, resize, display and distribute your submissions only to operate CatTinder’s features, deliver your chosen public posts, provide support, and handle security, moderation and legal complaints. Our service providers may perform these operations for us. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising, selling your photos, AI-model training or merchandise.

Permission to serve content ends when it is deleted or permanently removed. Limited storage and handling of residual copies may continue for backups, unresolved complaints or legal preservation, as described in the Privacy Notice. These copies do not authorize promotional use. Archive preserves content for restoration, so storage and restoration permission continues while archived content is retained. Temporary restrictions may require keeping content for a legitimate review or counter-notice process; they do not authorize republishing content you later choose to delete.

Community rules and moderation

Follow the Community and Upload Guidelines. No unlawful or infringing content, nonconsensual intimate images, sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, private identifying information without permission, scams or animal cruelty.

We may restrict or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts for rule violations, legal obligations, security risks or abuse. Ordinary reports may leave content visible during review. Legally urgent requests have separate routes. A report does not guarantee a particular result. We terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances when account holders repeatedly infringe copyright. See Copyright for notices and counter-notices. Ask for review of a moderation decision by emailing accounts@cattinder.app with the affected item and your explanation.

Leaving and storage

You can stop using CatTinder at any time. Cat archive is reversible hiding, not account deletion. Account deletion and comprehensive retention controls are unfinished. Contact accounts@cattinder.app about an account or privacy request. Keep your own copies of photos you want to preserve.

Independent parody

CatTinder is an independent parody and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Tinder LLC or Match Group.

Availability, changes and your rights

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage or accurate user submissions. Features may change or end. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or excludes responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be removed or excluded.

We will identify the effective date of updated Terms and give notice of material changes as appropriate. Material changes to the content license require clear notice and any agreement required by applicable law. Contact accounts@cattinder.app about these Terms.
